Venue Rental Rates

We keep our pricing simple and straightforward. All rentals include access to the Grand Hall, Lounge, Bar, Alley Garden, and Restrooms. A 4-hour minimum is required for all bookings.

$100 Flat Fee

(Available for any rental)

Monday - Thursday

weekday rates

$400 for the first 4 hours

$50 per additional hour

Friday / sunday

$700 for the first 4 hours

$50 per additional hour

saturday

$1000 for the first 4 hours

$75 per additional hour
